I think the age for any hotel/motel is at least 21. Some places might be nice and let you get one when your 18, but you have to pay extra in case you mess up their room(which is what they let me do when i was 18) You dont need a credit card. you can use cash if you want, I dont know about checks though. Some places might be different. And you always have to check with the hotel to find out how much it would be. you must be 21 and up and if you wanna stay at a nice place you should have crdit card or cash (they ask you to give them a deposit for the nights you are going to stay there...and they they return you the cash when you leave if everything is ok)
Each night depends on the hotel but a good one is about 100 dollars per day
